7 Habits to Get Strong, Attractive and Healthy Teeth


Having healthy teeth not only make you more confident, attractive, but it also saves you from pain and from the shame of bad smells.

Imagine – you’re talking with someone and the other person is so annoyed by seeing your tooth decay, yellowish teeth and for the smells you’re throwing from your mouth.

How awkward that situation could be?! – are you going to feel comfortable anymore? Will you be able to talk easily with your partner?

I guess the answers are –NOOOO!

And, if you are in the troubles mentioned above – you are going to lose your reputation. People will have bad feel on you; even some of your friends are going to start losing interest to spend time with you!

And the other issue- the pain of tooth decay is inexpressible. Peoples who had suffered the tooth decay with pain once in the life time– only they know how bad it feels like.

Whatever it is- we don’t want to face any trouble with our teeth and the solution is way simple and easy to follow. We need to build healthy habits to keep our teeth healthy and shiny.

1. Brush Twice a Day and Regularly: Choose a toothbrush with soft bristles which will be good for teeth gums and brush your teeth after having meals. If not every time – make sure to brush them at least twice in a day.

Don’t forget to brush your teeth before you go to bed.

2. Use Good Fluoridated Toothpaste: Find good fluoridated toothpaste to use for brushing. If you help keeping your tooth enamel harden by using fluoridated toothpaste regularly; it will keep you safe from tooth decay.

Means – your nice teethes are active with strong health and they are not going to have any bad look.

3. Brush Thoroughly & in Correct Way: While you brush your teeth, try to make the bristles touching every corner and gaps of the teeth. Spend some time to make all the tiny little food parts getting out from the gaps.

An ideal time to brush your teeth is about 2-3 minutes.

4. Floss Your Teeth: To reduce the amount of bacteria and plaque in your mouth, you can floss your teeth regularly. Among the important oral hygiene habits – flossing is one of the keys. It is good to floss first and then brush your teeth.

Learn and implement the correct way of flossing to make it result oriented for you.

5. Avoid Acidic and Soft Drinks: Food acids turns the organic tooth protector materials weak and soft, dissolve minerals in tooth enamel. This is the time when our tooth starts getting cavities affecting our teeth.

So – to keep our teeth protectors working for us – please ignore drinking Acidic Soft Drinks.

6. Ignore Sugary Foods: Sugar those lefts on the teeth after eating any sugary food, start producing harmful acids for your teeth after a time period. And, it can cause you tooth decay problem.

So, the solution is – if you are taking any food rich with sugar, make sure you’re cleaning your teeth as soon as possible.

7. Regular Dental Health Checkups: It is crucial to visit your doctor if you face any dental problem such as a toothache or bleeding gums.

But, even if you are not facing any trouble with the tooth – still it is a good practice to visit your dentist at least once in each sixth month period.
